It was his idea, he got the tray out, he got the silverware and napkins and loaded up the tray, and he carried everything outside.

It was a great idea and a lovely dinner.

The redbuds have bloomed, so it's really spring and it looks like its going to be a gorgeous weekend. Jim and Perri will be visiting, so there will be some golf for the guys and probably the zoo for the gals, escorted by Zack, of course.

Bear Bear had his first surgery today. He's recovering nicely.

New pet.

Meet Spotty, the lady bug. He (I've been informed it's a 'he.') has set up residence in our house the past few days. Tonight Zack decided he was pet material and named him. Tragedy nearly struck when Spotty wandered off. Once found, Spotty was confined to a jar with a cheesecloth top.

At least it's not a reptile.
