Yes it is true that they are actually drywalling! since we passed inspection it is now full steam ahead. Let's hope they don't run out of steam! As you can see, they also have the new furnace and tankless water heater installed. If this keeps up, maybe we will actually get in by Thanksgiving! I'm not getting my hopes up.

Looking good. It's beginning to look like a liveable house again.
WOW, that's a milestone! It looks great. With the drywall up you can finally get a real feel for the space.

Have you picked colors yet?
We've sort of picked some colors (nothing like a definite answer, huh?). We've got a couple swatches, but need to hold then up in the real house, not the rental house.

Update: We chose colors yesterday. We stuck with Martha Stewart paint--she's got big swatches and there aren't 4 permutations of every color. For the new room we picked Wicker White for 3 walls and Mexican Tile Green for the 4th. We've got Honeydew for the kitchen and laundry room, and Weimaraner for the living room. I think the other two rooms downstairs will stay the same. I tried finding online swatches, but can't, so you'll just have to wait until the paint's up on the walls!
